Josh’s path to Real Estate wasn’t traditional. With a bachelor’s in biology and Statistics from SUNY Fredonia, he began his career working in an Immunology laboratory.
Through that experience, Josh realized that his true strength wasn’t just in data and analysis, but in working with people, listening, explaining, and helping them feel confident in important decisions. He first discovered this passion for helping others while tutoring Biology and Statistics in college, where he loved breaking down complex concepts and seeing students succeed.
Today, those same skills shape his calm, clear, and client-focused approach to real estate. Josh is dedicated to guiding clients through every step of the process with clarity, confidence, and a low-pressure approach, making the experience manageable and even enjoyable from start to finish.

On A Personal Note…
Outside of real estate, Josh can usually be found trying a new restaurant, whipping up a meal in the kitchen, reading a good book, snowboarding, or at the gym. He values making the most of life and spending quality time with the people who matter most.
